Our shipping rates are computed using the approximated weight and size of your order, rounded up to the nearest pound and based on the actual published rates by our carriers being FedEx, USPS AND UPS. To determine the shipping rate of your order, add items to your shopping cart and click the “Check out" and you will be able to see the rates and services available.

Kijiji Republic is not responsible for shipping delays due to severe weather and other causes beyond our control.

*** Note *** Boxes will usually cause your shipping rates to increase because of the dimensional size of these items. This is common in Air shipments

Most all orders ship in 24 to 48 hours. When deciding upon your shipping method, keep in mind we ship Monday through Friday and no orders are shipped on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. All Overnight orders are shipped in the SAME BUSINESS DAY, if placed before 12 pm Eastern Standard Time (9 am Pacific Standard Time).

Kijiji Republic offers FedEx, UPS and USPS for Express overnight and Ground Service within the United States. You will be able to make the choice of carrier at the time of checkout. Delivery times may vary for orders placed during the weekend with the services above.

Kijiji Republic is not responsible for UPS/ FedEx or USPS shipping delays or for replacing lost packages if UPS/ FedEx or USPS can verify the package was delivered. We provide an email with a tracking number once the package leaves our facility to ensure you are familiar with the approximate delivery date.

Returns and exchanges:

We believe you will be delighted with your purchases but there may be occasions when you feel it necessary to return an item.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Kijiji Republic purchase and wish to return it, please return the package within 30 days.

Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a credit for the cost of the item, including taxes, to the credit card used. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. This applies to all our products. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
