Sisal is soaked and beaten to release the fiber. After twisting and often dying it is woven into beautiful  pencil holders by interweaving. This work is done by women who are specialized in this art. The beads are sewn by hand a bead at a time . Can hold as many desk items as required and make a beautiful desk accessory that is natural and handmade.
